This position is for a 140-unit apartment complex in Newberg, Oregon Compensation is a monthly salary range from $3791.
67 - $4,246.
67, DOE.
Housing is not included, but we do offer a 20% Employee Rent Discount.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
-Day to day complex operations -Showing apartments and accepting applications -Accepting rent and completing deposits -Daily inspection/cleaning of the grounds and garbage enclosures -Posting notices to residents -Managing the turnover of move-ins and move-outs -Covering duties for neighboring complexes -Light maintenance 2-3 years of apartment management experience is required.
Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:
00 am to 5pm; total of 35 hours per week.
