Ideal candidates will be those who enjoy a fast paced work environment and who maintain a positive and team oriented approach to the tasks at hand.
Your new position's duties include the following:
Transcribing dictation, typing, including document preparation, formatting and editing, scanning, copying and filing for sizable case files.
Performing general office duties, assist with prioritizing the workload amongst other support staff.
Receptionist phone coverage as needed.
Research as requested.
What you'll need to succeed:
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail and quality work.
Strong ability to work without supervision with a high level of work ethic and initiative.
Understands the importance of working as part of a team to meet strict deadlines in an atmosphere of multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills/
Experience:
-Legal and Workers' compensation experience a plus.
(Not Required).
