Consult, cooperate and communicate with the multi-disciplinary team to provide clinical services. Provide general education regarding chemical dependency rehabilitation as assigned. Facilitate and maintain responsibility for contacting referent and significant other(s) as needed.
Current Oregon CADC or Master''s degree and three years of full time experience in the social services with two years of direct alcohol and drug counseling experience. Or licensed health or allied provider with documented 60 contact hours or continuing professional education in the treatment of alcohol and drug related disorders.
